Restaurant kiji delivers memorable and special moments to our customers through Japanese kaiseki cuisine that values seasonal ingredients and the authentic taste of natural flavors.
Since opening, the restaurant has been operated solely by the owner,but we are now looking for team members who will grow with us and work together to create an even better restaurant. Specifically, we are seeking a head chef candidate who can handle all aspects of cooking.

Position Available
Full-time Restaurant Staff (Kitchen & Floor)
Responsibilities include cooking, customer service, and serving, depending on experience.
Ideal Candidate
・Holds a culinary license and has practical experience in the food service industry.
・Interested in working carefully in a small-scale establishment.
・Not shy and able to converse naturally with anyone.
・Sympathizes with our restaurant's philosophy.
Working Conditions
・Working hours: 11:00~23:00 (shift system with breaks)
・Days off: 2 days off per week
・Benefits: Transportation expenses (with limit), meals provided, uniform provided
・Salary: Determined based on experience and ability
